Honourable Obidigwe made this known at the Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport Umueri, after returning from Egypt with some of his constituents who went for dry season Agro-training.

Honourable Obidigwe made this known at the Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport Umueri, after returning from Egypt with some of his constituents who went for dry season Agro-training.
Speaking to the ABS shortly after their arrival at the airport, Honourable Obidigwe who thanked God for the success of the oversee agricultural training noted that his main intention was to use agriculture to boost the socioeconomic development of his people, and make them self-reliant.
The Lawmaker who revealed that those who followed him to Egypt were trained on small scale mechanized farming, methods of preservation of Agro produce, dry season farming, irrigation among numerous others maintained that their training has broadened the knowledge of the participants who are majorly women, drawn from the two local government areas.
He re-assured his constituents that he will continue to give them effective and quality representation, by attending to their plights, ensure that the House of Representatives enacts and passes laws that will protect and serve their interests as an Agrerarian constituency and advised the trainees to put all they have learnt into practice.
Meanwhile, Honourable Obidigwe has commiserated with Nteje community, Oyi Local Government Area over the death of their monarch, Igwe Rowland Odegbo.
Commiserating with the royal family, Honourable Obidigwe described the late traditional ruler as a father, friend and an honest man who played very instrumental role in his life, and prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
