Anambra State Head of Service Mrs Theodora Igwegbe has assured civil servants of more trainings and retraining in information and Communication technology ICT.
She gave the assurance when she visited the Ministry of local government chieftaincy and Community Affairs in Awka.
The Head of Service Commended the worker-friendly Governor Professor Chukwuma Soludo for his commitment towards providing conducive working environment for efficient service delivery explained that information and Communication technology training will help the staff have access to faster, and effective communication that will increase efficiency and productivity.
She charged the staff to embrace work ethics and be diligent, committed and discipline in the discharge of their duties.
Mrs Igwegbe encouraged them to imbibe the spirit of love, forgiveness and humility in their service to God and humanity.
Responding the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Mrs Pauline Nwandu appreciated the head of service for her visit and assured her of their willingness to imbibe work ethics by being punctual to duty.
The meeting featured a question-and-answer session.
