The Chairman, Anambra State Disability Rights Commission, Barrister Chuks Ezewuzie has called on Christians to use the Easter celebration to show love to one another, especially the less privileged and the downtrodden in the society.

 

In his Easter message to the people living with disabilities and Ndi Anambra at large, Barrister Ezewuzie said that as Christians commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, they should share in the hope that is beyond his death, the hope of eternal life, livable and prosperous Anambra as well as the hope of peace and tranquility returning to the State, the hope of unity, love, sacrifice and patriotism for the fatherland.

 

The State Disability Rights Commission boss enjoined their members to enjoy the hope beyond disability, poverty, economic difficulties and other barriers to life.

 

Barrister Ezewuzie equally expressed his gratitude and appreciation to people who always devote their time and resources to rescuing persons with disabilities during emergency and disaster moments and further encouraged everyone to look out for persons with disabilities who cannot help themselves during emergencies.

 

He  prayed to God to continue to bless and protect the governor of Anambra state Professor Chukwuma Soludo and his team for them to lead the state to the promised land.
