Anambra state Commissioner for Housing and Ubarn Development, Honourable Pauly Onyeka says construction of access road to Anambra Civil Servants quarters Isiagu, Awka South Local Government Area will commence after the rain.
Honourable Onyeka who disclosed this when he visited the area noted that developing of the site will take off immediately after fixing the road.
Honourable Onyeka as saying that they are working on Public Private Partnership arrangement with the company that will soon start developing the area.
He added that the civil servants quarters will be of different blocks ranging from one room apartment, two and three bed room flats and duplexes for senior workers such as Permanent Secretaries and Directors in various ministries.
The commissioner stated that his ministry has secured Certificate of Occupancy, C of O, from the Anambra state government in order to achieve the purposeful project, hoping that within a short time, they will be able to achieve that.
According to the commissioner, the proposed site for Anambra Civil Servants quarters is a vast land of not less than five hundred plot.
