According to the chairman, Governor Soludo has done tremendously well within the short time he has been in the office, through his economic blueprint which he said is a reflection of his desire to raise the living standards of Ndi Anambra.
Mr Ikechi commended the governor for the current massive cleanup exercise going on in most major cities of the state, eradication of touting and illegal revenue collectors, the ongoing demolitions in Awka, Onitsha, Oba among others to restore their master plans, and described it as a step in the right direction.
The Anambra West Transition Committee Chairman urged Ndi Anambra to support the governor in making the state a prosperous and livable homeland by keeping to their civic responsibilities, even as he eulogized the governor for digitizing the payment of taxes and levies in the state to eliminate loopholes.
On the ongoing onslaught against criminal elements in the state, Mr Ikechi appealed to Ndi Anambra and other residents of the state to support governor Soludo in his quest to flush out all criminals threatening the peace and unity of the citizenry and assured the people of Anambra West that he will discharge his duties efficiently.
