Anambra State Association of Town Unions, ASATU, has lauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo for the massive flag-off of road constructions in the state.
The association, which spoke through its National President, Mr. Titus Akpudo, a Barrister, said the massive road projects are practical demonstration of Governor Soludo’s overarching ambition of transformative governance.
According to ASATU Boss, who was of the view that some of the hard to reach communities will now have access roads to evacuate their farm produce, maintained that construction of roads have been the priority need of Ndi Anambra and with the pace the governor is inaugurating the roads, it showed that he has answered the clarion call of the masses.
Mr. Akpudo expressed optimism that when completed, the roads will connect all the communities in the state and accelerate free flow of human and material resources thereby fostering economic development and seamless family integration.
He further said it will help to checkmate insecurity and other social vices in communities and assured that ASATU will do all within its reach to ensure that the vision and mission of the present administration are achieved.
