The Anglican Bishop of Ihiala Diocese, Right Reverend Professor Israel Okoye has commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for adopting the right attitude to work by not complaining about challenges of governance in the State.

 

Bishop Okoye, who gave the commendation at the third session of the fourth synod of the Diocese held at Saint Thomas Anglican Church Uli, described the Governor’s attitude to governance as sign of preparedness for the task of his office.

He noted that with sound academic background and practical experience in managing sophisticated institutions in Nigeria and beyond, Governor Soludo is well equipped to pilot the affairs of the State; with the dynamic assistance of his Deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim.

The Anglican prelate who explained that the Soludo administration has taken bold and laudable steps in dealing with challenges facing the state, urged the administration to remain focused, open, inclusive and visionary, and assured of sustained prayers that will help the State witness great leap in peaceful coexistence and sustainable development.
