Anambra State Council of Traditional Prime Ministers, Ndionowu, has commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for restoring people’s confidence in governance.
Rising from its Meeting at its Secretariate in Awka, Anambra State council of traditional Prime Ministers said that with a different approach to governance by Governor Chukwuma Soludo every sector of the economy has continued to receive attention.
It maintained that the State of emergency declared on Anambra roads by Governor Soludo will no doubt improve the living standards of the people especially in the area of business transactions and enhanced vehicular movement.
Anambra State council of traditional Prime Ministers in a resolution signed by its first vice president Chief Patrick Oyediuba of Oraukwu and Secretary Chief Joe Nwegwu of Ebenebe said that the early presentation of the 2023 Anambra State appropriation bill of about two hundred and sixty billion naira to the Anambra State House of Assembly by Governor Soludo is a clear indication that the Governor is prepared and committed to serve Ndi Anambra.
It described as commendable the existing cordial relationship between the three arms of government in Anambra State which it noted needs to be sustained for enhanced development of Anambra State.
Anambra State council of traditional Prime Ministers called on Ndi Anambra and residents of the State to continue with their support and prayers to Governor Soludo to enable him deliver on his mandate.
It called on the people to be environment friendly through the dumping of refuse in government approved areas, warning them against blocking Flood channels.
Anambra State council of traditional Prime Ministers used the opportunity to call on various Media stations in the South-East to allot more time to Igbo programmes as part of efforts aimed at ensuring the sustenance of Igbo language and culture.
On the 2023 general elections Anambra State council of traditional Prime Ministers calls for prayers to ensure the emergence of those who have the Interest of the people at heart and a president that will restore the lost glory of the Nation’s economy.
