Anambra State Deputy Governor, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim, has praised the Anambra State Association of Town Unions, ASATU, for being an active partner in maintaining peace and unity in the state.

 

 

Dr Ibezim gave the commendation at end of the year annual meeting and security summit of ASATU, during which the association presented award of recognition to eminent personalities in the state.

 

He explained that ASATU and Ndi Anambra made the right choice in choosing Governor Chukwuma Soludo to transform Anambra into a prosperous and livable homeland, and thanked them for joining hands with the present administration to fulfill its solution agenda.

 

In his remark, the National President of ASATU, Barrister Titus Akpudo, commended the Soludo administration for ongoing projects in the state, and for the recruitment of five thousand teachers.
