The traditional ruler of Nise in Awka South Local Government Area, Igwe Romanus Iloh has urged eligible voters to take advantage of the decentralization for collection of the Permanent Voter Cards by the Independent National Electoral commission, INEC at both Ward and local government areas to obtain the Voter cards.

 

Speaking with the ABS in an interview, Igwe Iloh regretted that many people especially in the South East who registered with INEC are being nonchalant towards collecting their Permanent Voter Cards which he noted is the only instrument for enthroning credible and God-fearing leaders.

 

 

 

Igwe Iloh, who regretted the hardship Nigerians are passing through, Urged the electorate to see the forthcoming general election as one that will change the political landscape of the Nigerian nation.

 

 

 

He cautioned Nigerians against mortgaging their conscience in Next month’s general election, reminding them of the need to vote in those that have the interest of the people at heart.

 

 

 

Igwe Iloh called for the creation of more employment opportunities for the teeming youths to secure a bright future for them instead of using them as Cannon fodder during and after elections.

 

 

 

He commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for all his people-oriented programmes and policies and called on Ndi Anambra to continue with their support and prayers to his administration.

 

 

 

Igwe Iloh called on various Communities in Anambra State to always embark on those programmes that will bring even development in their areas.
