The State Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Sir Nobert Obi has commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for demonstrating commitment in fulfilling promises made to the people.
Speaking in Awka, Sir Nobert expressed satisfaction with the achievements recorded by the Governor so far.
The ongoing massive construction of strategic roads in various parts of the state and efforts to eliminate crime and criminality confirmed that he is well prepared and equipped to deliver his vision to Ndi Anambra and make the state a model in the country.
He noted that the Governor has already started entrenching basic principles of good governance that will bring a new dawn to the state and provide a template for future administration and urged the people to continue to give him necessary support as well as carry out their civic responsibilities diligently.
Also speaking, the National Patron and member Board of Trustee of Anambra Demand for Soludo, Chief Henry Igboeli commended the Governor for ensuring free flow of traffic on roads throughout the yuletide.
Chief Igboeli noted that areas and junctions hitherto known for tight gridlock were very free throughout the yuletide and called for intervention on some more key roads taking traffic away from Nkwo Enugwu junction including Igboeli- Obeagu-Ukpo Junction-Onitsha Enugu Road and other feeder roads in the area to provide permanent solution to traffic jam in the area especially during festive periods as well as boost socio-economic activities within that axis and beyond.
He called on registered voters to collect their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, from the nearest collection centre to enable them vote for people-oriented administration that would complement what Governor Soludo is doing in the state.
