The Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Sir. Chido Obidiegwu has urged politicians to showcase high levels of maturity and shun politics of bitterness and rancour as they go to the polls next week Saturday.

Sir Chido gave the advice during the 2023 Anambra Political Dialogue; the Mace Debate, jointly organised by Nigerian Union of Journalists, Anambra State Council and Radio Television Theatre and Art Workers Union, in collaboration with Society for Equity, Justice and Peace and Bring It on Africa, at the Professor Dora Akunyili Women’s Development Centre, Awka.

Sir Chido maintained that the debate is an opportunity for the various political candidates to showcase their capabilities and capacities to the electorate and bring to the table what they have for their constituents.

He noted that Anambra state has gone beyond having people who cannot express themselves, and added that the debate is a demonstration of the high level of maturity of politicking in the state.

The ABS Managing Director charged various party candidates to always participate in such debate while urging Nigerians to vote wisely during the general elections.
