Abia State Governor-elect, Dr Alex Otti, says payment of salaries will be his priority once he gets into office on May twenty-ninth.
Dr Otti who disclosed this in a Television’s programme added that residents of the state should expect a general restructuring.
Dr Otti of the Labour Party was declared the winner of the Abia State governorship election yesterday by the Independent National Electoral Commission having polled a total of one hundred and seventy-five thousand, four hundred and sixty-seven votes to defeat his closest rival, Mr Okey Ahiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party, who scored eighty-eight thousand five hundred and twenty-nine votes to come second.
He noted that he will appoint a team that will help him in his administration very soon.
