Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration has within one year in office brought relative peace and stability to the state, and unprecedented development in all sectors of the economy.

 

Making the remark in his office in Onitsha, a frontline industrialist, Chief Cletus Ezembaji noted that Governor Soludo’s road infrastructure development within this one year has positively transformed the landscape of Anambra state and brought those at the grassroots to the mainstream of governance.

 

Chief Ezembaji noted that the present administration has through its robust job creation programme opened up many windows of employment for thousands of youths pointing out that the five hundred teachers and twenty-seven health personnel employed immediately on its inception and the one youth two skill initiative and ten thousand youths under special skill training programme are great feats in the employment sector.

 

The industrialist observed that never in the history of the state has such great number of roads, over two hundred and sixty kilometers of them flagged off for construction within one year of inception of any government and posited that all these developmental strides of the governor have demonstrated in practical terms the seriousness and commitment of the present administration to move Anambra state forward.

 

Chief Ezembaji opined that Governor Soludo’s leadership has shown that the essence of governance is to offer service to the people without recourse to ones religious or political affiliation just as he expressed the view that the Governor’s intervention in all sectors has entrenched quality service delivery in such key sectors like education, health, power and transportation as well as environment and made Ndi Anambra repose confidence in the administration.

 

He described the South East as the pioneer of the age long apprenticeship scheme Igbaboyi, and commended Governor Soludo for his efforts to revitalize the scheme even as he charged every Onye Anambra to give support to the administration.
