More encomiums have been trailing Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s one year of purposeful leadership in Anambra state.

 

Among those who commended the eventful one year of Governor Soludo is the Provost Anambra state College of Health Technology, Obosi, Dr Daniel Ezeobi who said that within one year in office, Ndi Anambra have witnessed a unique style of governance that have brought many innovations, engendered aggressive road infrastructural development and entrenched robust intervention in all sectors.

 

Dr Ezeobi noted that Governor Soludo’s intervention in such critical sectors like health, education, power and employment which he said are key to development and sustainable growth remain quite commendable.

 

According to the Provost, the Governor’s intervention in the Anambra State College of Health Technology, Obosi, has given the College the much-desired lift and placed it on a better stead.

 

Dr Ezeobi pointed out that his strides in the employment sector has engaged five thousand teachers and recruited over two hundred and seventy health personnel and has also admitted for training about ten thousand youths into the one youth two skills initiative and other specialized skill acquisition programmes and noted that all these happened within three months of his administration’s inception.

 

The Provost observed that the Governor’s fight against crime has yielded results with peace and said it is quite crucial since all developments revolve around security.

 

Dr Ezeobi described Governor Soludo’s leadership as a unique mode of administration which has brought governance closer to the people including those at the grass roots and expressed happiness that every Local Government has benefited from one sort of democracy dividend or the other since the governor came on board.

 

The Provost pledged unalloyed support to the administration to sustain the high tempo of development in the state pointing out that with a renowned economist and sound administrator on the saddle Ndi Anambra will surely smile.
