Kingdom of Love, an interdenominational Christian assembly has held its 2023 annual convention to engage its members on fundamental Christian teachings and also appreciate God for His blessings.
This year’s convention was hosted by the Rock Cathedral, Eden Life Bible Church Odekpe in Ogbaru Local Government Area.
The event which attracted member churches including Believers Assembly Gospel Centre Onitsha and Glorious Church of Restoration Okpanam, Delta State was presided over by the General Overseer, Eden Life Bible Church, Bishop Barn Chiwuba.
In his preaching centred on the theme of the convention “on Eagle’s Wings” Bishop Chinwuba pointed out that the Eagle may not be the fastest bird but courage made it the king of birds, encouraging Christians to be courageous even in the face of tribulations.
Bishop Chinwuba also emphasized the need for the church to always give its members sound teachings especially in the area of Love which he said is lacking in the Christendom and society at large.
Speaking to the ABS in a separate interviews, some of the Ministers including Reverend Innocent Anagor, Pastor Christian Ejike and Pastor Gideon Udechukwu expressed satisfaction with the success of the event and encouraged Christians to keep the spirit of Love aglow.
On her part, an attendee Mrs Nneka Obi said she gained a lot of insight on practical christianity especially in the aspect of Love for humanity.
The convention featured praises, testimonies among others.
