The Transition Committee Chairman of Nnewi North Local Government Area, Engineer Chris Obiorah has inspected the quality of work and progress made so far on the three-point-two-seven-five kilometers Okpuneze Junction to Nnewi Hotel and two-point-two kilometers Isaho to Teaching Hospital Permanent site road Nnewi.
As an expert in the field, Engineer Obiorah took out engineering equipment and cross-checked both the slope of the drainage which is nearing completion as well as other aspects of the project.
Engineer Obiorah after the inspection said that the aim of the exercise was to ensure that Governor Soludo’s plan of constructing durable roads with at least twenty years lifespan guarantee is actualized and that such an unscheduled visit will continue until the project is completed.
The Site Engineer and Project Supervisor, Engineer John while appreciating the Council Chairman for his support since the project commenced, promised timely delivery of the project and also according to specifications.
