Christians have been advised to live their life in accordance with anticipation of the coming of Christ.

 

A guest preacher, Evangelist Nnamdi Ezeh, who gave the advice while delivering a message in a church service at Anglican Girls Grammar School, Nkpor, noted that relationship with people and how Christians live their lives matter a lot.

Speaking on the topic, “Occupy till I Come” , with the theme, “Behold He Cometh”, Evangelist Ezeh stated that patience and endurance are two cardinal words that will help a Christian to occupy till the end, advising them to strive and fulfill their divine assignment and the purpose of their existence.

 

Earlier in his exposition, Professor Solomon Nwigbo, stated that every child of God must beware of the riches of the world, warning that material things are devil’s strong weapon in pulling people away from faith and place of dominion in Christ.

Professor Nwigbo, who charged Christians to let their light shine before all men, advised believers to come back to where they met the lord at first, stressing the need for restoration of their first love.

 

In his remark, the area chairman, Scripture Union Nigeria, Obosi Area, Evangelist Innocent Chikelue, advised the congregation to never cast away their confidence in God reminding them of the certainty of the coming of Christ hence, should hold fast on the confession of faith without wavering for he that promised is faithful.

The service featured prayer session, praises, thanksgiving and special rendition by the Choir.
