One of the National Woman leaders of All Soludo Support Group, Mrs Esther Onyekesi has urged Workers in Anambra State to reciprocate the kind gesture of Governor Chukwuma Soludo towards their welfare by being supportive to his administration.
Speaking to the ABS in Awka on the 2023 International Workers Day, Mrs Onyekesi who described Professor Chukwuma Soludo as Worker friendly said he has Introduced series of packages aimed at improving the welfare of Workers in Anambra State for quality and efficient service delivery.
She listed the employment of five thousand teachers for both primary and secondary schools across Anambra State, engagement of over three hundred personnel for various Hospitals across the state, distribution of set of computers to various Ministries, Department and Agencies as a clear indication that Governor Soludo is committed to repositioning the state workforce for productivity.
Mrs Onyekesi used the opportunity to call on Workers to always follow due process in pressing home their demands.
She commended Governor Soludo and Anambra State Head of Service for all efforts geared towards strengthening both public and Civil service in Anambra State, and called for its sustainability.
Mrs Onyekesi called for all hands to be on deck in the ongoing efforts to restore the core values in the society.
