The Anambra State Two Overseer of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor Jude Chukwuocha has urged Christians not to deviate from the divine purpose of God’s calling in their life, else the devil will destroy them.
Pastor Chukwuocha who was speaking during a combined service of the church at its headquarters in Awka, reminded the faithful of the need to stand with God no matter the condition they find themselves.
The Deeper Life Pastor who emphasized how Deborah in the Holy Book stood out for God at the time when the Israelites were in trouble, advised the congregation to serve God with pure heart and stand with him, in order to make them an instrument to destroy the works of the devil.
Pastor Chukwuocha told the church to be careful on how they live their lives, because their decisions today will determine their future, while reminding them that the christian call is a call for battle, hence the need for them to stand firm with God, so as to enlarge his kingdom and reduce that of the Satan by spreading the gospel.
The Anambra State Women Leader of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Mrs. Rose Chukwuocha, urged Christians to run away from sins and hunger for righteousness especially in these perilous times to achieve the purposes of God towards them.
The Pastor in Charge of Amikwo Group of Districts, Pastor Donatus Ndum, said it is pertinent for every true believer to emulate the lifestyle of Deborah who was outstanding and stood for the people of Israel to the defeat their enemies, urging Christians to be a shining light anywhere they are.
The church service was capped with choir rendition, testimonies, prayers, praises and thanksgiving.
