The Vicar Christ Redemption Church, Ezi-Awka, Venerable Onyinyechukwu Illione has called on Christians to be courageous and hold onto their faith to surmount all challenges and storms of life .

 

Venerable Illione was speaking at the church during a sermon to mark Trinity Sunday.

He encouraged them not to fear, loose hope or be discouraged even in a moment like this in the country, assuring that God will see them through and called on those in the seat of power to listen to the yerning’s of the masses and do what is right.

 

Venerable Illione urged them to trust in God, who sent his son to redeemed the world, stating that justice will prevail in the country.

At Saint Gabriel’s Parish Okpuno, the Parish Priest, Reverend Father Emmanuel Offormata said that God manifested his love in the holy spirit and challenged all that were baptized through the holy spirit to love one another, share in their grief and happiness and assist them in times of trial.

 

Reverend Father Offormata said that in the divine essence, God made man to understand that he is the three personalities in one, stating that for man to succeed in life, they should live with the holy spirit of God to order their footsteps and direct all their actions for them to be great in life.
