It was a Celebration of successes for the Staff and management of Anambra State College of Health Technology, Obosi, as the College recorded One hundred percent in the Junior National Board Examinations for Community Health, as well as the best results in 2022 Community Health on same National Board Examinations in the whole of thirty -six States of the Federation and Federal Capital Territory Abuja.

The Provost of the College, Mr Daniel Ezeobi announced the success story during the Send-forth of graduating Students of Community Health of the College at the school auditorium.

 

The Provost, who also disclosed that the College has secured full accreditation of all courses in the departments, attributed the successes recorded to dedication and hard-work of the Management, Staff and Students and commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his continuous financial support to the College.

He urged other students to emulate the seriousness of the graduands and maintained that the College has zero tolerance for cultism, examination malpractice, drug abuse and other social Vices.

 

Presenting an address of welcome, the Head Department of Community Health, Mrs Vivian Ileagu, who expressed satisfaction with the feat attained by the junior students by emerging the overall best in the country, commended the Provost, Mr Ezeobi under whose tenure the College recorded the huge success.

Speaking to the ABS, the former Provost of the College, Dr Amaechi Mgbakaogu who expressed joy for the massive reconstruction going on in the College and successes recorded, thanked the management for its doggedness and advised the outgoing students to be good ambassadors of the College.

 

Appreciating the management, some of the grandaunds, including Mr Emmanuel Oboh who was the former President Community Health and Comrade Cynthia Odezuluigbo promised never to disappoint the College.

Presentation of awards by the College Provost, cutting of cake, cultural displays and special rendition by the College Choir formed the high points of the ceremony.
