Youths of Anambra State extraction have been urged to key into the one youth Two skills Programme of the Soludo administration to become employers of labour.

 

The Chairman of Anaocha local Government Area Transition Committee, Chief Gerald Ozoh who made the call in an ABS Radio programme in Awka described the One Youth Two Skills Initiative as part of efforts by the Soludo administration to empower the youths.

 

Chief Ozoh who described Youths as leaders of tomorrow stressed the need for them to be proper equipped to enable them assert their roles properly.

 

He charged the youths to always engage in those ventures that will create prospects for them,warning them against those behavior capable of marring their future.

 

Chief Ozoh said that the massive road construction and reconstruction in different parts of the state by the Soludo administration is part of efforts by the government to open up the hinterlands and boost businesses.

 

He urged Ndi Anambra to continue with their support to the Soludo administration especially in the area of regular payment of tax and levies to enable the government deliver on its promises in the provision of democracy dividends.

 

Another guest on the programme, Pastor Donatus Ndum, urged affluent individuals in Anambra State to partner government in its development initiative in the state.

 

Pastor Ndum who is an Awka based business executive, said that the livable and prosperous Homeland, can only be achieved with the help of the citizenry, warning the people against indiscriminate dumping of refuse.

 

He called on the government to assist small scale business men with soft loans to boost their businesses, reminding the youths of the need to engage in apprenticeship for them to excel in their business transactions.
