The traditional ruler of Omasi Igwe Benjamin Okeji has applauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo for keeping his campaign promise of making Anambra state the Dubai of Africa.

 

Igwe Okeji in a press statement in Awka appreciated his ongoing roads rehabilitation strategy which he said has touched some major parts of the state.

 

The royal father spoke in favour of his sustained efforts to improve the Awka capital city which is clearly emerging as an ideal mega city with the new government house and lodge and other state of the art facilities.

 

He expressed delight that in Omasi, the distribution of palm seedlings to the citizenry has demonstrated the Governor’s zeal to prioritize Agriculture and their livelihood.

 

On his part, an Awka diocesan clergy, Very Reverend Monsignor John Paul Nzomiwu called for the reconstruction of the Agulu-Nnewi Road and the extension of the gesture to all parts of the state.

 

The clergyman affirmed that the governor is so far doing well.
