In furtherance to Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s mandate on keeping Anambra State clean, green and liveable, the Transition Committee Chairman of Awka North Local Government Area, Mr. Awka North Local Government Area, Anago has continued with the clearing of the bushes and de-silting of the drainage channels in Amansea community as well as along the Enugu-Onitsha express road.
Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Mr. Anago noted that Amansea deserves special attention in his drive to keep Awka North Council Area clean, green and liveable being the major gateway into Anambra State for people coming in from Enugu and Northern States.
He explained that he is very concerned when it comes to improving the aesthetics of the community because of its strategic location as a major exit and entry point into Anambra State.
Mr. Anago appealed to the people of the Local Government to join the drive in making the local government the cleanest in the state to complement Governor Soludo’s effort in building a secure, clean and prosperous Anambra that Ndi Anambra both at home and in the diaspora will cherish and admire at all times.
According to the Transition Committee Chairman, he will not rest until Awka North Council Area, as a n, livable and prosperous.
