The Transition Committee Chairman for Oyi Local Government Area, Mr Emma Nweke has described Governor Chukwuma Soludo as a man whose heart is flowing with milk of human kindness as he has fulfilled his promise of twelve-thousand-naira palliative to public workers in Anambra.

Mr Nweke reacted on the heels of the payment as public servants all over the state were in jubilation as each of them received the twelve-thousand-naira alert.

According to Mr Nweke, the gesture goes a long way to show that the Governor is also feeling the pains the people are going through because of the fuel subsidy removal, a reason why he decided to cushion the effect even before the federal government.

He thanked Governor Soludo for the move, urging him to continue with his good intentions to make Ndi Anambra proud.

The Oyi council Boss encouraged Anambra workers to reciprocate the gesture by putting in their best for the overall good of the State, advising them to shun truancy, lateness and absenteeism as according to him, no state can develop with workers who exhibit non challant attitude to work.
