The Knight of Saint John International, Commandary 434 and Ladies Auxiliary 363 of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Awka, have sought collaboration with the Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, ahead of their fortieth anniversary.

 

The group led by the President of Knight of Saint John International of the commandary, Sir Vincent Otikpa stated this during a courtesy call on the Managing Director of the ABS, Sir Chido Obidiegwu, in Awka.

Briefing the ABS boss, Sir Vincent said that the essence of their visit was to seek partnership and media support from the establishment ahead of the forthcoming anniversary of the Knight of Saint John International, scheduled for the 30th of this month at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Awka.

 

Sir Vincent said that the group has contributed immensely to the growth of the church and society at large, adding that the anniversary will feature award presentation to notable individuals and lectures, among other activities.

Responding, Sir Chido said that Governor Chukwuma Soludo believes strongly in ecumenism, and assured the group of the support of the establishment, reminding them that the present administration is committed to carrying everyone along in transforming Anambra State into a prosperous and liveable homeland.

On ground to receive the group were members of the management of the establishment, while the President, LUAX 363, Lady Josephine Okoli, among others, was among the guests.
