He called for the adherence to federal character principles in the offering of federal appointments for the benefit of all, and urged the federal government to map out more policies and Programmes that will alleviate the sufferings of the people.

Chief Nzekwe used the opportunity to commend the legacy Programmes of Governor Chukwuma Soludo in Anambra State especially the recent free education policy of his government to public primary school pupils and students in Junior secondary one to three and the reduction of school fees for those in senior secondary describing the gesture as a mark of a leader who has the interest of the people at heart.

He commended the Governor for all the ongoing road projects across the State especially in Awka the State capital and called on the people to continue with the support and prayers to his administration.
