A community leader in Nri, Anaocha LGA of Anambra State, Chief Moses Enujiugha, has expressed optimism that the budget of four hundred and ten billion naira presented to the state assembly by Governor Chukwuma Soludo will help his administration sustain the “One youth two skills” empowerment programme, massive construction of roads across the state, and improvement in healthcare service delivery.

speaking after he paid courtesy visit to the Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, Sir Chido Obidiegwu, Chief Enujiugha specifically noted that the youth empowerment programme is a bold step in addressing insecurity, unemployment and youth restiveness.

 

He expressed optimism that the over four hundred-billion-naira budget will speed up development of the state; given that Soludo is prudent in management of resources.

Chief Enujiugha said Nri and other communities have benefited from Governor Soludo’s teachers’ recruitment exercise, and expressed hope that his community will continue to benefit from more of the Governor’s laudable programmes.

 

On his programmes for the community, Chief Enujiugha said he would key into the youth empowerment programme of Governor Soludo, as well as other programmes that will be of benefit to Nri community if he emerges President General.

On his visit to the ABS boss, Chief Enujiugha, who has been sponsoring “Nri Amaka” on ABS radio, said the visit was to identify with Sir Chido, and find other ways to boost finance of the station through advert placement.

 

Welcoming his guest, the ABS boss Sir Chido said Nri stands to benefit from the wealth of experience and exposure of Chief, Enujiugha.

He commended him for keying into youth empowerment of the Soludo administration, saying it would help address criminality among the youths.
