Rainbow Heritage Group, a name to beat in real estate, has arrived Anambra State with the aim of providing Ndi Anambra and those doing business in the state quality and affordable housing.
The Director, Strategy and Planning, Rainbow Heritage Group, Mr. Emeka Onwucha, while fielding questions from newsmen ahead of the launching of the estate, said the Golf Residency is a real estate planned in conjunction with Anambra State Government to bridge the gap in real estate management; such that the liveable and prosperous Anambra promised by Governor Chukwuma Soludo will be achieved soonest.
speaking on what they will do differently to ensure quality and affordable housing for the Anambra populace, Mr. Onwuocha said that they already have an estate in Port Harcourt called Rich Court Estate, which has been sold completely and now decided to do something bigger in Anambra.
According to him, Rainbow Heritage Group is championed by five young professionals who have all it takes to make a difference in real estate business.
Mr. Onwuocha added that the estate will have the best of facilities, including internet, security, hospitals, schools, recreation centers and more; with twenty-four- hour steady power supply.
He urged Ndi Anambra to rush now and have a feel of what quality means in terms of housing; as they have three phases of construction that allow for payments in instalments so that no one would be left behind.
Mr. Onwuocha announced that the mega launching ceremony, which will come up on Friday, twenty-ninth December, will hold at the International Convention Center, Awka, and invited everyone to be part of the event so as to get first-hand information on everything about the estate.
He disclosed that The Golf Residency is located at the new Awka city, Awka GRA, after the International Convention Center, Awka.
