Work is in progress on the six point four kilometers Akwaeze-Adazi-Enu-Nnokwa Road.

 

 

 

When ABS arrived at the site, men of BENEJAF construction company, the firm handling the work, were seen carrying out earth work and drainage construction simultaneously.

 

 

 

The President General of Adazi-Enu community, Mr. Emmanuel Ejidike while speaking to the ABS, expressed happiness that the road has been awarded and work progressing on it and appreciated Governor Chukwuma Soludo for remembering them and revealed that the contractor is doing well.

 

 

 

Another indigene of Adazi-Enu community, Mr. Theophine Nnoli who is the immediate past Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Anambra Central Senatorial Zone said that for the first time in history, government has remembered them, adding that the road will benefit many local government areas around them, and noted that APGA’s victory in the next election is guaranteed, as according to him, no one will vote against APGA having seen what they have done for Ndi Anambra.

 

The Managing Director of BENEJAF construction company, Mr. John Anochie said that the earth work is eighty five percent done and the drainage, seventy percent.

 

 

Mr. Anochie noted that the road will have eight hundred by eight hundred millimeters, seven hundred and fifty by seven hundred and fifty millimeters as well as one meter by meter drainages at different parts of it, saying that the road will be completed by the end of this year.
