Three persons have been tragically burned beyond recognition in a motor accident along the Ezinano-Nkwo Agulu section of the Agulu road.
The victims, comprising the driver and two passengers (a male and a female), met their fate on the evening of Sunday, January 14, 2024.
According to a Survivor Mr. Chinonso the fourteen-seater Mitsubishi bus, loaded at Amawbia to Ekwulọbịa, after departing Amawbia, a passenger cautioned the driver about over speed as he attempted to avoid a pothole, unfortunately according to him the vehicle veered, somersaulted, and caught fire.
He said him along with other passengers, managed to escape, but attempts to aid the three victims were thwarted by the intense flames.”
As of the time of filing this report, the victims remain unidentified, with security agencies already contacted for assistance.
