Anambra governor’s wife, Mrs Nonye Soludo, has provided a fresh update on Miss Tania Okpala, the ex-tennis star who was recently taken custody of by the State government after she was found, wandering the streets of Awka.
In a post on her verified social media handles, the governor’s wife disclosed that Tania’s current condition is very much satisfactory following her mandatory placement on rehabilitation.
Mrs Soludo noted that Tania had been taken to one of the best government-owned health facilities and is responding fast to treatments.
She promised to keep monitoring her rehabilitation and to ensure that she comes out reborn and fresh.
The governor’s wife explained that Tania’s condition was only temporary difficulty, stressing that the State government will continue to assist her to get full recovery and re-integrate into the society.
