The administration of Professor Chukwuma Soludo has been adjudged the best in Anambra state since inception, owing to the people-oriented approach to governance by the Governor.
The President General of Mgbakwu Development Union, of Awka North Local Government Area, Mr. Basil Nwokeoma made the assessment at Mgbakwu while reacting to the leadership style of Professor Soludo and his achievements so far across the state.
Correspondent Emmanuel Okonkwo reports that Mr. Nwokeoma who described Professor Soludo as a man of integrity and one who has the interest of the people at heart, rated his administration high in project execution that has direct bearing on the people.
He said that though the Governor is less than two years in office he has achieved a lot for the people of the state, and expressed hope that the Governor will fulfill all his campaign promises including turning the state into Dubai-Taiwan of Africa.
The President General commended Governor Soludo for remembering Awka North Local Government Area in a special way, pointing out that when all the roads mapped out for construction in the area are completed, people of the council area who mainly specialize in agriculture will find it easy to evacuate their farm produce to other parts of the state thereby ensuring food sufficiency across the state.
Mr. Nwokeoma while calling on Ndi Anambra to keep supporting the government of Professor Soludo for more good works, assured that his community, Mgbakwu is solidly behind the Governor.
He used the opportunity to call on the federal government to urgently tackle the economic hardship ravaging the country, which according to him has continued to claim lives.
