The Traditional ruler of Isuaniocha, in Awka North Local Government Area Igwe Sylvester Ngini has called on the people of the community to embrace lasting peace for the overall development and progress of the area,
Igwe Ngini, spoke while addressing members of the community at a town hall meeting held at Isuaniocha civic center.
He announced that a thirteen-man Committee has been inaugurated to wade into the problems confronting the community with a view to solving them, emphasizing that no meaningful progress will thrive in a chaotic atmosphere.
An indigene of the community and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters, Mr Cosmas Okonkwo commended the initiatives of Governor Soludo in combating crimes and criminality in the state.
Adding his voice, the Assistant Secretary Anambra State Market Amalgamated Traders Association, ASMATA, Mr Charles Okoye, extolled the giant infrastructural development of the present administration asking people of the community to rally round the Governor.
The President-General of Isuaniocha community Mr Paul Okoye advised all to sheath their sword for the area to move forward.
