The President, Anambra Mandate for Good Governance, Chief Emmanuel Oguguo says Governor Chukwuma Soludo has done tremendously well both in human and infrastructural development of the State.
Chief Oguguo, while answering questions from newsmen in Awka, noted that the administration of Governor Soludo has lived up to the expectations in terms of delivering dividends of democracy within his two years in office.
He explained that Anambra Mandate for Good Governance is committed to supporting and championing the campaign for good governance in Anambra, which the present administration in the State is diligently giving to the residents of Anambra.
The Anambra Mandate for Good Governance National President commended the Governor for his One Youth Two Skills Initiative, free antennal and delivery services to mothers and pregnant women, free basic education and revitalization of the State water scheme, describing them as steps in the right direction.
According to Chief Oguguo, the construction and ongoing construction of over four hundred kilometers of roads across the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the State, is a testament to the Governor’s promise of building a livable, secure and prosperous homeland for Ndi Anambra.
He therefore urged Ndi Anambra to continue with their support to the Soludo led administration to enable it continue to implement its blueprint, adding that the group will give the Governor a maximum support in the forthcoming governorship election to enable him to consolidate to the gains already recorded by his administration.
Chief Oguguo however called for all hands to be on deck to rid Anambra of all forms of crime as the government alone cannot do it, adding that security is a collective responsibility.
