The Founder and National President of the United Anambra Youths Assembly and United Anambra Women Assembly, Chief Chinedu Obidigwe says that Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s agricultural revolution is a positive move towards combating hunger in the land.
Chief Obidigwe who stated this while fielding questions from journalists on the state of the nation, applauded Governor Soludo for his pragmatic approach towards eradicating hunger, abject poverty and, social inequality among others in Anambra, saying that the “farm to feed” campaign launch which the Governor performed recently will change the state’s agricultural narrative for good.
According to Chief Obidigwe who represented Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, at the National Assembly what the Soludo-led administration is doing in the agricultural sector is highly commendable and should be emulated by all the sub-nationals and the federal government to end the current economic hardship bedeviling the country in recent times.
Chief Obidigwe urged Ndi Anambra to embrace the economic reforms and agricultural revolutions of the Governor to ensure food sufficiency and security.
He extolled Governor Soludo for his administration’s prudent management of resources, which he said has resulted in the construction of numerous urban and rural roads, healthcare upliftment, improved education system, workers welfare, beautification and re-modelling of Awka Capital City, among others, urging the Governor to sustain the momentum.
The former federal lawmaker, charged members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in the state and beyond to redouble their efforts in grassroots mobilisation and sensitization, as well as propagating the gospel of Soludo’s good governance in all the twenty-one local government areas of the state for Ndi Anambra to know that the Governor is delivering on his promise.
He assured that their members all over the country alongside other well meaning Ndi Anambra will support Governor Soludo to ensure that he is re-elected to enable him continue with his good works and consolidate on the gains already recorded by his administration.
