As Anambra marks thirty-three years of its creation from the old Anambra State, the Chairman of Tricycle Riders Association of Nigeria Awka Zone, Prince Collins Ozorjofor has paid a glowing tribute to the founding fathers of the new Anambra State, saying that the State has made a significant progress so far.

 

Speaking to newsmen in Awka over the thirty third anniversary of the creation of the state, Prince Ozorjofor noted that the State has fared well in many sectors of the economy compared to its compatriots nationwide, but added that there are still rooms for improvements.

 

He commended the different roles played by the former Governors of the state since 1991 till date, adding that they have done exceedingly well in their various regimes.

 

While describing Governor Chukwuma Soludo as the best among equal, Prince Ozorjofor applauded the ingenuity and industriousness of Ndi Anambra which according to him, has made the state a true light of the nation.

 

The Tricycle Riders Association Chairman maintained that Governor Soludo’s administration within its two years in office has equally made a significant progress in the areas of road constructions, health care services, education among others, saying that Anambra has been blessed with focused and competent leaders for couple of years now.

 

According to Prince Ozorjofor, Anambra has become a shining example nationwide in both primary and secondary education, science and technology, sports, entertainment, industrialization, political stability among numerous other achievements.

 

Wishing Ndi Anambra a happy thirty third anniversary, Prince Ozorjofor called for all hands to be on deck in supporting Governor Soludo’s quest to build a liveable, secure and prosperous homeland.
