The chairman elect for Orumba South Local Government Area in Saturday’s local government election, Mr Shedrack Azubuike has expressed joy that Ndi Orumba South were able to prove that they are predominantly APGA members during the election and promised to run an inclusive and purposeful administration.
According to the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission’s Returning Officer for Chairmanship Election in Orumba South, Mr. Chinedu Okpala, Mr. Azubuike of APGA polled twenty Thousand, One Hundred and Nineteen votes being the highest number of votes cast to beat others.
The Orumba South Chairman-Elect, thanked stakeholders, traditional rulers, Presidents-General as well as the entire people of the area for giving him the opportunity to serve them through their votes.
