The Mayor of Awka North Local Government Area, Dr ThankGod Anago has reassured of transforming the living standards of the people in the area.
He made the promise during a reception after he was sworn-in alongside others by Governor Chukwuma Soludo, at the Government House, Awka.
The Awka North Mayor who thanked the people of the area for believing in him, assured to run an all-inclusive leadership in addition to repositioning Awka North in all ramifications.
Some stakeholders in the area, including the Leader of the All-Progressives Grand Alliance in Awka North Local Government Area, Mr Lawrence Onwuzuka, President General of Achalla Improvement Union, Mr Nnamdi Ikwunne, that of Mgbakwu Development Union, Mr Basil Chukwu, and Councillor Mgbakwu Ward, Mr Innocent Ikegbunam expressed optimism that Dr Anago will perform more than he did when he was Transition Committee Chairman.
