The Woman leader of the All-progressives Grand Alliance APGA in Anambra State Mrs Esther Onyekesi has urged the twenty-one Local Government Areas chairmen and their deputies who have been sworn in by Governor Chukwuma Soludo to help in deepening democracy at the grassroots.
Speaking to the ABS in Awka, Mrs Onyekesi who described the election that brought the local government Chairmen and their deputies to power as most credible and transparent, thanked Governor Soludo and the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission ANSIEC for breaking the ten years non conduct of local government election jinx in the State.
The Woman leader used the opportunity to call on the people of the State to continue with their support and prayers to Governor Soludo and the party in order to experience more dividends of democracy.
