Leaders and scholars have gathered in Abuja, for the eleventh African Biblical Leadership Initiative Conference, focusing on “Value-Based Leadership: A Model for Africa.”
The conference, with the sub-theme “Arise and Shine: Raising a New Generation of Transformational Leaders,” drew participants from across Africa and discussions centered on fostering leadership grounded in ethical values to address the continent’s unique challenges with Christ as the cornerstone.
Discussions and goodwill messages emphasized mentorship, the role of faith in leadership, and strategies to empower the next generation of African leaders.
The three-day conference hopes to usher in an era of impactful and visionary leadership across Africa.
