Governor Chukwuma Soludo has commiserated with the family of the fallen former Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Harford Oseke over his demise.
Governor Soludo was speaking when he joined members of the State House of Assembly on a valedictory session held in honour of the Late former Deputy Speaker at the House of Assembly complex in Awka.
The Governor who was represented by his deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim while describing the deceased as a renowned legislator who contributed to the development of the state made a case for the House to seek ways of taking care of the welfare of the family members of their fallen colleagues.
In his tribute the Speaker Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze said that the late former Deputy Speaker was a seasoned legislator who selflessly served and contributed immensely to the development of Anambra State.
A former Member of the Anambra State House of Assembly Chief Valentine Ayika, and the President of Anambra State Association of Town Unions, Barrister Titus Akpudo, called for concerted efforts towards the actualization of what the late Right Honourable Oseke stood for during his life time.
