Governor Chukwuma Soludo says his administration is consolidating efforts for rapid development of the State.

He stated this at Achalla in Awka-North Local Government Area during the annual lecture series in honour of Chief Joseph Ndubisi Nwokedi who is the grandfather of the traditional ruler of the community.

The annual lecture series honour the legacy of Late Chief Nwokedi and his contributions towards the growth and development of their community.

Governor Soludo while presenting a lecture on the topic: “The Impact of Positive Leadership in the Dynamics of Growth as it Affects our Developmental aspirations in the state and country”, said he is driving the development of the state through strategic five pillars.

Governor Soludo, who was represented by his Chief of Staff, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi, said that virtually all the sectors of the State economy has received attention under his administration.

Earlier, the traditional ruler of the community, Igwe Ositadimma Nwokedi thanked God that the wind of development being felt in his community and commended Governor Soludo for his giant strides in the State.

The Traditional Prime Minister of the community, Chief John Nwokoye and the immediate past President-General of the community, Chief Charles Okadigbo among others said that with the achievements of the traditional ruler just in three years, they are sure there will be total transformation in health and other areas in the town in no distant time.
