Late Chief Ifeanyi Akuagbazie, has been buried in his country home Alor, Idemili South Local Government Area, after a funeral service held at Saint Andrew Anglican Church, Umuokwu, Alor.

At the funeral service where personalities that cut across different social strata gathered to pay their last respect, Venerable Kperechukwu Nwankwo in his sermon reminded all of the transient nature of life, admonishing people to live purposefully.


Speaking after the interment of his Father, the deceased son, Dr. Eloka Akuagbazie remarked that his late Father was an honest man, who gave him and his siblings the best while alive and would be missed dearly, even as his daughter, Mrs Chidinma Okeke explained that her father was a wonderful man.


The Special Adviser to the Governor of Anambra State on Youth Empowerment, Dr. Nelson Omenugha who attended the funeral ceremony noted that the deceased was a man of influence and an inspiration to the younger generations.
Late Chief Akuagbazie, died at the age of eighty.
