Governor, Chukwuma Soludo has re-assured of commitment to more advancement in the education sector.
He gave the assurance when he paid a visit to Uga Boys Secondary School, his Alma mater in Aguata local government area where he was the pioneer senior prefect, forty-nine years ago.


After being conducted round the school premises, the Governor promised to transform the school and assured of paying the WAEC fees of junior and senior students in the school for the next five years.


Principal Secretary to the Governor, Barrister Joachin Anaeto, Commissioner for Education, Professor Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, Mayor, Aguata Local Government Area, Dr. Chibueze Oforbuike, member representing Aguata constituency one at the state house of Assembly, Mr. Anayo Okpalaeke and his Aguata constituency Two counterpart, Mr. Tony Muobike, Chairman Post Primary School Service Commission, Professor Nkechi Ikediugwu and Traditional Ruler of Uga, among others, attended the event.
