Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has called for mass mobilization of ndị Anambra against insecurity in the state.
Governor Soludo made the call during a statewide broadcast to address critical security issues at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia.
According to the Governor, security, law and order are pivotal to his administration’s vision, expressing his resolve to fight criminality.
He recalled that at inception, his government met a worst security situation where eight local government areas were under siege, but after massive response, the local government areas were liberated.
The Governor stated that life is sacred and he would treat every case of kidnapping seriously, and revealed the launch of a comprehensive security initiative by January, 2025, assuring of tripling efforts to nip the security situation in the bud.
