The Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs Esther Walson-Jack, has reiterated the importance of professionalism in protocol and public engagement within Nigeria’s civil service.

Speaking at the opening of a three-day service-wide protocol training programme in Abuja, Mrs Walson-Jack highlighted the need for protocol officers, personal assistants, and public relations officers to master international best practices.

She expressed confidence that the training would equip attendees with global best practices, positioning them to uphold the highest standards in civil service.
