Anambra State Police Command says it has commenced investigation into the cause of the last night fire incident at Ogbosisi market Onitsha.

A statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Tochukwu Ikenga noted that no life was lost in the incident; which has been brought under control, and that Police operatives have cordoned off the scene of the incident to prevent hoodlums from taking undue advantage of the situation to loot properties and goods of individuals in the area; which worth has not been ascertained.
