The traditional Ruler of Awka, Obi Gibson Nwosu says the community will continue to provide an enabling environment for all people both indigenes and non-indigenes to carry out their various businesses seamlessly.
Obi Nwosu who was represented by the Traditional Prime Minister of Awka Community, Chief Benjamin Okoye stated this while addressing some Awka stakeholders and leaders of Hausa and Yoruba communities in Awka in his beginning of the year message, commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for all his efforts to transform Anambra State especially Awka the State capital.
The leader of Hausa community in Awka, Alhaji Garuba Haruna and his Yoruba counterpart Alhaji Abdulrazak Olahon, described the people of Awka as very hospitable and accommodating saying that having stayed in Awka for the past years, doing business is very encouraging and rewarding.
